Home > Font > Borders ("window") down arrow > More borders. Use the thickest single line style available. Add a Blue (In standard colors, 3rd color from the right) bottom border to the selected cells. Home > Font group > Click the "window" and the down arrow > Click Top and Bottom Border. Apply the Top and Bottom Border to the selected cells with a single command. Home > Font group > Click the "window" and the down arrow > Click Top and Double Bottom Border. Apply the Top and Double Bottom Border to the selected cells with a single command. Home > Number group > Click the button that has 000 right facing arrow > Click it twice or until no more decimal points are showing. Select cells > Home tab > Number group > $ Modify the number format so no decimal places are visible after the decimal point. Apply the Accounting Number Format to the selected cells. Select cell > Format Painter (the paint brush under Clipboard) > Click in the cell you want to format. ![]() Or you can click the B and I under the Font group under the Home Tab Change the font color of the selected cells to Blue, Accent 5 color (2nd color from the right in the top row of theme colors.) Home > Font group > Click the A with a line under it > Blue, Accent 5 (Lighter blue option) Change the font color o fhte selected cells to the Blue standard color (It is the 3rd option from the right under standard colors.) Home > Font group > Click the A with a line under it > Standard colors > Blue Use format painter to copy the formatting from cell E1 and apply it to cell F1. Apply bold and italics formatting to select all. Select cell(s) > Home tab > Font group > click the drop down box and change to 18 or type 18 into the font size box. Change the font size for the selected cells to 18. Home > Editing group > Sigma symbole (funky E) > Enter Enter a formula in the selected cell using the SUM function to calculate the total of cells B4:D4 Home > Editing group > Sigma symbole (funky E) > Enter Change the font for the selected cells to Verdana Select cell(s) > Home tab > Font group > click the drop down box and select Verdana. Use AutoSum to enter a formula in the selected cell to calculate the total of all the contiguous cells above.
